Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event an individual cancels a reservation for a Laity Lodge Retreat, the following policies will apply:
- If cancellation notice is received on or before 14 days before the start date of the retreat, the individual will only be responsible for an administrative fee of $100.
- If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before the start date of the retreat, the individual will be responsible for the entire cost of the retreat. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the scheduled retreat.
In the event Laity Lodge must cancel a scheduled retreat, owing to inclement weather or other reasons, individuals will receive a full refund, including administrative fee.
