Retreat with Fr. Keith Hosey
Thomas Merton is the first American in our day and age to really explore the meaning and gift of contemplative prayer. Thanks to him and many others, the gift of contemplative prayer is being explored by many denominations and people of different religious backgrounds. A great guide for our weekend together is a little booklet called Traveling the Road to Joy. It will assist us in exploring the joy of the gift of contemplation.
Fr. Hosey preaches at retreats and prayer seminars for clergy and laity in the U.S. and abroad. He is a member of Contemplative Outreach and is faithful to his own journey of daily contemplative prayer practice.
