Retreat with Jim Singleton

November 11-13 (Friday-Sunday)

Listening for God’s Whisper
The modern world presents many challenges to both our physical and emotional health.  We live in a state of constant noise, unceasing demands, continuously tempted to serve multiple masters. Through a study of the life of Elijah, we will penetrate the often-sensitive subject of melancholy and depression. We will explore how internal battles can divide us and eventually define us, dragging our emotional state to dark places.  Living for God and accepting his invitation requires us to listen for his whisper and rebuild our spiritual foundation.  Join us for a very special weekend as we experience God’s grace and are restored by his “Still, Small Voice.”
