Partnership: Worship Team Training
Type: Open Retreat
Standard: $250
Black Bluff: $300
This retreat is for worship leaders and those involved in music ministry. The retreat is partnered by Worship Team Training - a ministry of Branon Dempsey.
Worship leading is a high calling and privilege. But it’s also one of the most demanding ministries . . . emotional, relational, and spiritual. Many worship leaders and pastors struggle with depression, temptation, and isolation. Burnout is a common ailment, even among leaders with thriving ministries.
The Laity Lodge Worship Leaders’ Retreat is a chance for all worship leaders, worship pastors, and worship-leading teams to rest, relax, and be replenished. Spouses are welcome at this retreat as well. Our speaker will base his messages on Psalm 73, Asaph’s story. To understand Asaph’s story is to realize that our primary calling, as followers of Jesus, is to have the heart of a lead worshipper and not simply to do the work of a worship leader.
