By changing one’s point of view, trees can become giants reaching over to grasp one another. Grass becomes a pathway leading to a garden of unknown adventures. I decided to change how I viewed the canyon this past trip, shooting much of the time from the ground up, on my back or stomach. I could have done without the ant bites, but it was worth it. I enjoy looking at things in a new way because you never know what gems you may uncover.
